01Acceptance & overview

Leadvaro, Inc. ("Leadvaro," "we," or "us") provides a B2B decision-maker intelligence platform — lead discovery, contact extraction, data enrichment, and CRM-ready export. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leadvaro platform, website, APIs, integrations, browser extensions, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting a written order form, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

We've tried to write these Terms in plain language. Defined terms appear in bold the first time they're used. If anything is unclear, email legal@leadvaro.io and a real person on our team will reply within two business days.

02Your account

You can create a Leadvaro account as an individual or on behalf of an organization. By signing up you confirm you're at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and (if signing up for an organization) that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Eligibility — you may use Leadvaro only if you can lawfully enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Leadvaro is a B2B product and not directed at consumers.
• Account security — you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at security@leadvaro.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Customer content — lists, exported contacts, saved searches, and outputs you create or upload. We treat this as confidential by default.
• Account suspension — we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or threaten the security of other customers.
• Closing your account — you can close your account at any time from settings. We honor closures within 7 days and follow the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

03Using the service

Subject to these Terms and your paid plan (if any), Leadvaro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or build a competing product using the Service.

Free trial accounts get full access to the Service with limited credits. Trials are intended for evaluation, not for production outbound at scale. We may rate-limit or temporarily suspend trial accounts that appear to be running production workloads without converting to a paid plan.

04Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and possible termination without refund:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, or unauthorized commercial messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract Leadvaro's underlying database, search indexes, or proprietary algorithms.
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual, or to discriminate against protected groups under applicable employment or anti-discrimination law.
• Reselling, reskinning, or redistributing Leadvaro data as a standalone data product, list broker offering, or any service competitive with Leadvaro.

05Customer content & data

"Customer Content" means everything you upload, configure, or generate inside Leadvaro — your lists, saved searches, exported contacts, custom field mappings, and CRM integration settings. You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your Customer Content.

You grant Leadvaro a limited license to process Customer Content as needed to operate the Service for you. We won't use it to train shared AI models, sell it, or enrich another customer's data. Privacy Policy and DPA cover the full data-handling commitments.

06Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.

Credit-based pricing — verified results consume credits per the rates published at leadvaro.io/pricing. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan explicitly includes rollover. Disputed charges should be raised within 30 days at billing@leadvaro.io; we don't gatekeep refunds for genuine product issues.

07Intellectual property

The Service — including all software, design, data pipelines, search indexes, documentation, branding, and accompanying material — is owned by Leadvaro, Inc. and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Your license to use the Service does not transfer ownership. You may provide feedback or suggestions; we may use those without restriction or compensation to you.

08Disclaimers & warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that every contact returned will be reachable, that every email will deliver, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described in our documentation. Verification rates are advertised based on representative test data and may vary by industry, geography, and dataset freshness.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadvaro's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid Leadvaro in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Leadvaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

NOTE These limits do not apply to (a) Leadvaro's indemnification obligations under any signed enterprise agreement, (b) breaches of confidentiality, (c) gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or (d) where applicable law expressly prohibits limitation.

10Term, governing law & contact

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate at any time; closure of your account terminates these Terms with respect to you. Sections that by nature survive termination — including IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
