01 Overview & summary

Leadvaro, Inc. ("Leadvaro," "we," or "us") provides a B2B decision-maker intelligence platform — lead discovery, contact extraction, data enrichment, and CRM-ready export. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect about you as a Leadvaro customer, what publicly available business contact data we process to deliver our service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We've tried to write this in plain language. Where we use defined terms, they appear in bold the first time. If anything is unclear, email legal@leadvaro.io and a real person on our team will reply within two business days.

02Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly (account details, billing info, support correspondence), information collected automatically when you use our products (usage data and device identifiers), and publicly available business contact data we license and verify to power our search, enrichment, and verification endpoints.

• Account information — name, work email, organization, role, and password (hashed).
• Billing information — handled by Stripe; we receive only a token, last-four card digits, and billing address.
• Customer content — uploaded lists, saved searches, exported contacts, and CRM integration credentials. Treated as confidential by default.
• Usage data — feature interactions, credit usage, API request metadata, IP address, and browser/device identifiers.
• Support communications — anything you send us through email, in-app chat, or our help center.

03How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Leadvaro platform; to bill customers; to communicate updates and (rarely) marketing emails you can opt out of; to detect abuse and credit-stuffing; and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your uploaded lists, exported contacts, or saved searches to train shared foundation models or to enrich other customers' data. Customer content is processed solely to provide the Leadvaro service to you.

04Sharing & disclosure

We share personal information only in the limited circumstances described below. We never sell personal information.

• Service providers we rely on to operate the platform (hosting, billing, analytics, deliverability verification) — bound by contract and listed publicly on our Sub-processors page.
• Affiliates and successors in connection with a corporate transaction; we will notify you in advance.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
• Other parties with your explicit consent.

05Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, plus a short grace period if you decide to return. Customer content (uploaded lists, exported contacts, saved searches) is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted on request.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes (typically up to 7 years for invoices).

06Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can exercise most rights from your account settings → Privacy. For anything else, email privacy@leadvaro.io. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

07International transfers

Leadvaro is headquartered in the United States, and our infrastructure spans the US, EU, and UK. When personal information moves across borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK IDTA, and other appropriate safeguards. EU/UK customers can request a copy of the relevant SCCs at any time.

08Children's privacy

Leadvaro is a B2B platform and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, email privacy@leadvaro.io and we will delete it promptly.

09Security

We protect personal information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access control, single sign-on for the team, vendor security reviews, and annual third-party penetration testing. Leadvaro is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-aligned.

NOTE Security incidents should be reported to security@leadvaro.io. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and triage critical issues immediately. Responsible disclosure is welcome — see leadvaro.io/security for our bug bounty terms.

10Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The latest version always lives at leadvaro.io/privacy with a clearly marked effective date.
